What is SAYS ?
An Application integrates GIS and Archive.
Was developed in 2012 for needs of T. C. Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning/Directorate General of Natural-Assets Preservation.
Aim is to manage GIS-based archive of all protected areas through from a single database system.
INTEGRATION
When SAYS integrated with other systems, it is possible to make;
- from a single center based service sharing with Other Institutions,
- with integration Biodiversity Geodatabase, it is possible to design of Natural Conservation Decision Support System,
- potential demands can be resolved quickly (of citizens, institutions and organizations) through the use of e-government portal
